Each Guernsey Tourist Board 4 diamond self catering apartment has 1 bedroom with a maximum of 2 adults accommodated (King Size double bed or two single beds in one apartmanet, or Standard double bed in second apartment). NEW for 2012: A comfortable sofa bed has been pleaced in each apartment in its Lounge/Kitchen area. Ideal for 2+1 families.
The bedroom has an en-suite bath with shower and WC. Bed and bathroom linen is provided. A hair dryer is provided.
The kitchen area is fully fitted with a full size electric oven with 4 hobs and fan extractor, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. Ample storage is provided in fitted kitchen units and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Cooking utensils including pots & pans cutlery & crockery along with kitchen linen are all included. Other furniture includes dining table with two chairs.
The lounge area includes an armchair and a comfortable sofa-bed (NEW for 2012) coffee table, television, DVD player (a colletion of DVDs available in the hotel), radio and direct dial telephone.
There are laundry facilities on site and each apartment has its own iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.
