Prices are per person per night based on 2 persons sharing a standard twin or double room. Supplement for a superior room £5 per person per night. Supplement for a superior apartment suite £10 per person per night. Supplement for a single room £12 per night. Supplement for double / twin room for sole occupancy is negotiable at the time of booking.

The hotel does not accept children under the age of 15 years.

In order to confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person per week (or part of) is required. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. For reservations made within 4 weeks of arrival the full amount is required.

Should you have to cancel your accommodation the following scale of charges apply:- 29 days or more deposit is forfeit 15 - 28 days 50% 8 - 14 days 60% 5 -7 days 80% within 5 days 100%

Each Guernsey Tourist Board 4 diamond self catering apartment is 1 bedroom with a maximum of 2 adults accommodated.

The bedroom has an en-suite bath with shower and wc. Bed and bathroom linen is provided. The bed arrangement can either be two single beds (twin bedded) or the beds zip and linked to make an "Emperor" size double. An electric hair dryer is provided.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with a full size electric oven with 4 hobs and fan extractor, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle. Ample storage is provided in fitted kitchen units and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Cooking utensils including pots & pans cutlery & crockery along with kitchen linen are all included. Other furniture includes dining table with two chairs.

The lounge area includes two armchairs, coffee table, colour television, video recorder/player with a video library, radio and direct dial telephone.

There are laundry facilities on site and each apartment has it's own iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.

The hotel does not accept bookings for children under 12 or domestic pets.
